Learning event: Suitability of homeless accommodation

This DLUHC-funded learning event will give an overview of suitability of homeless accommodation with a particular focus on conditions and reviews over time, and location.
It is aimed at delegates who have a basic understanding of homelessness legislation (part 7 Housing Act 1996).
This learning event includes:
- An overview of the legislation and guidance around suitability
- A deep-dive into conditions and reviews over time and location of homeless accommodation
- Opportunities for plenty of discussion with other attendees using scenarios and prompts
- Q+A session
Suitable for: NHAS eligible professionals or volunteers with an interest in this topic. Particularly suitable for local authority staff including housing officers, homelessness officers and homeless prevention teams. Voluntary agency advisers who provide advice and assistance to homeless clients.
