How Does It Work?

Needs Assessment

With years of expertise in consultancy and training, we will work with you to establish the type of training you need. You may need a short-term plan designed to achieve a specific outcome, or a longer-term plan to develop staff knowledge.

The needs assessment will be underpinned with an understanding of organisational and strategic priorities.

Analysis of job roles

Roles will be analysed to identify the type and level of advice and support staff provide to clients. We can then adapt pathways to meet the needs of different teams and ensure staff feel supported to develop their skills.

Mapping learning needs

Learning needs will be mapped out, looking at where awareness to specialist levels of knowledge are required. Areas covered may include: housing and homelessness law, debt and welfare, professional skills. This approach ensures staff can give appropriate support to different client groups they work with.

Tailored training programme created

A programme of training, tailored to your organisational needs, will be suggested for your approval. Our blended approach can combine trainer-led, e-learning and self-directed reflective learning.
