Face-to-Face Courses & Briefings
With ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, NHAS is offering online learning through a range of webinars and e-learning courses. Face-to-face training will resume as soon as it is safe and possible to do so.
Our programme of training is always being developed to ensure we're providing you with support on the most essential topics and new areas of law. We offer awareness level, introductory and intermediate level training.
Group webinar delivery
Webinars can be delivered, for free, to groups of staff at NHAS eligible organisations, including basic tailoring where appropriate. We can deliver webinars to a minimum of 15 delegates and a maximum of 25 delegates per session. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any requests or queries.
Please note: we are already fully booked for MHCLG funded group training throughout September, October and November. If you need training delivered to a group of staff before December 2021 Shelter Training can deliver this for a fee.
Group training at your own venue
We are starting to reintroduce face-to-face training for groups of 8 to 16 delegates.
From mid-October 2021 we can deliver the following full-day face to face training courses:
- Housing Status and Security of Tenure
- Homelessness Duties
- Advising on Possession Proceedings for Rented Housing
Email email@example.com for course outlines.
Please ensure you are able to provide a suitable room in accordance with your organisation’s covid guidelines and that your staff are happy to attend before you enquire. If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know with 4 weeks notice.
