This project provides a safe and secure home for young women aged 16+ and their babies for the first six months of life.
CAYSH delivers the support staff who work one-to-one and in groups with young women living in high quality purpose-built property, which is owned and managed by Croydon Churches Housing Association.
Young women move in whilst pregnant and normally move on before their child reaches six months of age. Support is available seven days a week including evenings to the young women in the project. CAYSH can provide resettlement support for up to 6 weeks following move-on.
Referrals to the CAYSH Young Parent Project are made through the Sutton Housing Centre Gateway.
More information on the scheme is available from CAYSH.
